Offer for new students - I am happy to complete an initial introduction hour online session, if the student does not like my tutoring style or does not want to continue for any reason, that session is free.  However, if the student benefits from the session and would like to book an ongoing weekly slot, then the introduction session will need to be paid for.

Hour online session fee is £75.

Member of "The Tutors Association" - official UK tutors organisation helping to ensure tutoring is safe and to a high standard.  Up to date DBS certificate from October 2024.

My name is John Hill, based in Cuddington, Northwich, Cheshire.  I am a fully qualified and experienced teacher. I have been teaching Economics for 20 years plus 11 years as an Economics private tutor and an A Level Economics examiner.

I also teach A Level Economics in a local college 1 day a week (Tuesday) to leave me with the rest of the week to concentrate on my Economics Tuition Business.

I believe there is a growing need for tuition due to the extra demands placed on students with the A Level standards linked with the squeeze on teaching budgets and the increasing classroom numbers.  A Level Economics has become a very popular subject and students can get left behind in the class.  I believe within the 1:1 sessions the student's learning and understanding will progress quickly.
